SECTION 23-13-5

   § 23-13-5  Advice to parents concerningophthalmia neonatorum. – It shall be the duty of physicians, midwives, and any other persons that may belawfully engaged in the practice of obstetrics or assisting at childbirths toinform parents or guardians of the serious nature and consequences of thisdisease and to advise the use of prophylactic measures designated by thedepartment of health.
