§ 23-14.1-6 - Duties of the director.
SECTION 23-14.1-6
§ 23-14.1-6 Duties of the director. –The director shall:
(1) Grant loan repayments to successful applicants asdetermined by the board.
(2) Enter into contracts, on behalf of the higher educationassistance authority with each successful applicant, reflecting the purpose andintent of this chapter.
