   § 23-14.1-8  Contracts required. – Prior to being granted loan repayment each eligible health professional shallenter into a contract with the authority agreeing to the terms and conditionsupon which the loan repayment is granted. The contract shall include anyprovisions that are required to fulfill the purposes of this chapter and thosedeemed advisable by the director.
