SECTION 23-15-4.1

   § 23-15-4.1  Exemption for nonclinicalcapital expenditures. – Notwithstanding the requirements of any other provisions of any general orpublic laws, capital expenditures by a health care facility that are notdirectly related to the provision of health services as defined in thischapter, including, but not limited to, capital expenditures for parking lots,billing computer systems, and telephone systems, shall not require acertificate of need review and approval by the state agency.
