SECTION 23-15-4.4
§ 23-15-4.4 Exemption for voter approvedcapital bond issues for health care facilities. – Notwithstanding the requirements of any other provisions of any general law orpublic laws, voter approved state bond issues authorizing capital expendituresfor state health care facilities shall not require a certificate of need reviewand approval by the state agency.
