SECTION 23-16.2-1

   § 23-16.2-1  Declaration. – It is found that the proper operation of laboratories and stations within thestate is a matter of vital concern to the health and safety of the state andthat the determination of proper standards to insure qualifications ofpersonnel in the laboratories and stations and to insure the adequacy ofequipment and facilities is necessary to the operation of the laboratories andstations to promote the general welfare.
