   § 23-16.2-9  Access and inspection powers.– For the purpose of this chapter, the director or the director's duly authorizedagents or employees shall, at all reasonable times, have authority to enterupon any and all parts of the premises on which any laboratory or station islocated and of the premises appurtenant to any laboratory or station to makeany examination or investigation whatsoever for the purpose of determiningwhether the provisions of this chapter or rules or regulations of thedepartment are being violated.
