SECTION 23-16.3-9

   § 23-16.3-9  Waiver of requirements. –The board shall recommend regulations providing procedures for waiver of therequirements of § 23-16.3-8 for all applicants who hold a valid license orits equivalent issued by another state; provided that the requirements underwhich that license or its equivalent was issued to meet or exceed the standardsrequired by this chapter with the approval of the director. The board may alsorecommend regulations it deems appropriate with respect to individuals who holdvalid licenses or their equivalent in other countries.
