SECTION 23-16-3

   § 23-16-3  State advisory council. –The governor shall establish a state advisory council or councils and appointappropriate representatives, including representatives required as a conditionof eligibility for benefits under the appropriate federal act or acts, toconsult with the director of the state department of health in carrying out thepurposes of this chapter.
