SECTION 23-16-5

   § 23-16-5  Compensation and meeting ofcouncil members. – Members of the state advisory council or councils that may be established under§ 23-16-3, while serving on business of the council or councils, shallreceive compensation at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day. Thecouncil or councils shall meet as frequently as the director deems necessary,but not less than once each year.
