§ 23-17.12-7 Judicial review. – Any person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available to him orher within the department, and who is aggrieved by a final decision of thedepartment under § 23-17.12-6, is entitled to judicial review pursuant to§§ 42-35-15 and 42-35-16.
