   § 23-17.14-16  Gag rules prohibited. –A hospital shall not refuse to contract with or compensate for covered serviceswith an otherwise eligible provider solely because that provider has in goodfaith communicated with one or more of his or her patients regarding theprovisions, terms, or requirements for services of the hospital's products asthey relate to the needs of that provider's patients.
