   § 23-17.14-9  Initial application –Conversions limited to not-for-profit corporations. – All conversions which are limited to not-for-profit corporations which involvethe establishment, maintenance, or operation of a hospital require priorapproval of both the department of attorney general and the department ofhealth. The review by the two (2) departments shall occur concurrently andneither department shall delay its review or determination because the otherdepartment has not completed its review or issued its determination. Thetransacting parties shall file an initial application pursuant to theprovisions set forth in § 23-17.14-6.
