§ 23-17.2-4 Duties of administrator.– The administrator of every nursing or personal care home subject to theprovisions of this chapter shall maintain and provide for the safekeeping ofthe log or journal and shall further maintain an original signature card ofevery person required to comply with § 23-17.2-2.
