SECTION 23-17.2-7

   § 23-17.2-7  Altering or falsifying log orjournal – Misdemeanor. – Any person who knowingly signs the name of another, or signs his or her ownname and enters false information in the log or journal, or otherwise altersthe information contained in the log or journal shall be guilty of amisdemeanor. Any person employed by the state found to have violated theprovisions of this section shall be discharged from that employment.
