SECTION 23-17.20-6
§ 23-17.20-6 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of any provision to anyperson or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and theapplication of the provision to other persons or circumstances are not affectedby the invalidity.
