SECTION 23-17.4-14

   § 23-17.4-14  Penalty for operation ofunlicensed assisted living residence. – Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating an assisted livingresidence for adults without a license under this chapter or who shall operatethe facility after revocation or suspension of a license or after an order tocurtail any or all activities, shall be liable to a penalty of one thousanddollars ($1,000) for each day of operation in violation.
