SECTION 23-17.4-32

   § 23-17.4-32  Immunity from liability.– No employer who disqualifies an individual from employment or continuedemployment within thirty (30) days of receipt of a letter containingdisqualifying information as defined in § 23-17.4-30 or of a criminalbackground report relating to disqualifying information shall be liable forcivil damages or subject to any claim, demand, cause of action or proceeding ofany nature as a result of the disqualification.
