   § 23-17.4-9  Judicial review of licenseaction. – Any person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available to him orher within the licensing agency and who is aggrieved by a final decision of thelicensing agency, is entitled to judicial review in accordance with theprovisions of §§ 42-35-15 and 42-35-16.
