   § 23-17.5-15  Financial affairs. – A patient may manage his or her personal financial affairs or shall be given atleast quarterly accounting of financial transactions made on his or her behalf,if written delegation of this responsibility was accepted by the facility for astipulated period of time and in conformance with state laws.
