SECTION 23-17.7.1-16

   § 23-17.7.1-16  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision of thischapter to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the invalidityshall not affect the provisions or application of this chapter which can begiven effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end theprovisions of the chapter are declared to be severable.
