   § 23-17.7.1-6  Issuance of license –Posting – Transfer conditions. – Upon receipt of an application for a license, the licensing agency shall issuea license if the applicant meets the requirements established under thischapter, and any reasonable rules and regulations that may be established inaccordance with the requirements established under this chapter. The licenseshall be conspicuously posted on the licensed premises. Each license shall beissued only to person(s) named in the application and shall not be transferableor assignable except with the prior written approval of the licensing agency.Any change in owner or operation of a licensed nursing service agency shallrequire approval of the licensing agency as a condition precedent to thetransfer, assignment, or issuance of a new license.
