SECTION 23-17.9-14

   § 23-17.9-14  Adoption of regulations.– The director is authorized to adopt regulations consistent with the provisionsof this chapter, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 and theamendments and the federal regulations adopted under it. All registered nursingassistants and health care facilities subject to the provisions of this chaptermust comply with the provisions of this chapter and with all the regulationsadopted under this chapter, in order to obtain and/or maintainlicensure/registration as a health care facility or nursing assistant.
