SECTION 23-17-10.2

   § 23-17-10.2  Full financial disclosure byhospitals. – Any hospital licensed under this chapter, other than state-operated hospitals,shall annually submit to the director of business regulation public auditedfinancial statements containing information concerning all hospital-relatedcorporations, holding corporations and subsidiary corporations, whetherfor-profit or not-for-profit. Any hospital corporation, holding corporation, orsubsidiary corporation, whether for-profit or not-for-profit, which is notaudited by an independent public auditor due to limited activity or small size,shall submit a financial statement certified by the chief executive officer ofthat corporation. All information provided shall be available to the public forinspection.
