SECTION 23-17-15.1

   § 23-17-15.1  Reports public. – Copies of survey reports from the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations and the American Osteopathic Association and any otherreports from other accrediting organizations incorporated by reference in thereports, provided to the licensing agency by hospitals shall be public recordsas defined in chapter 2 of title 38.
