SECTION 23-17-17

   § 23-17-17  Penalty for operation ofunlicensed health care facility. – Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating any health carefacility without a license under this chapter shall be fined not more than fivethousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisoned not more than one year or both, in thediscretion of the court, for each offense.
