SECTION 23-17-56
§ 23-17-56 School based health centers– Special requirements and exceptions. – (a) In order to apply for and/or maintain a current license as a school basedhealth center, a person must possess a current license as a health carefacility pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
(b) School based health centers shall be exempt from theprovisions of §§ 23-17-14.3 and 23-17-14.4.
