SECTION 23-18.13-10

   § 23-18.13-10  Public access. – Any request from a member of the public for any certificate of compliance fromthe manufacturer or supplier of a package or packaging component shall be:

   (1) Made in writing with a copy provided to the department;

   (2) Made specific as to package or packaging componentinformation requested; and

   (3) Responded to by the manufacturer or supplier within sixty(60) days.
