SECTION 23-18.13-12

   § 23-18.13-12  Severability andconstruction. – The provisions of this chapter shall be severable, and if any court declaresany phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of this chapter to be invalid, orits applicability to any government, agency, person, or circumstance isdeclared invalid, the remainder of the chapter and its relevant applicabilityshall not be affected. The provisions of this chapter shall be liberallyconstrued to give effect to the purposes of this chapter.
