SECTION 23-18.16-4

   § 23-18.16-4  Reporting –Determination of compliance – Orders – Appeals. – (a) The department shall annually report to the governor and the generalassembly, all findings regarding publications both in compliance and not incompliance with the requirements of this chapter.

   (b) The department must by July 1 of each year produce awritten determination on any publication that does not comply with theprovision of this chapter.

   (c) All publications will report on an annual basis theirannual rate of purchase of post consumer materials to the department ofenvironmental management. A person adversely affected or aggrieved by theissuance of an order under the provisions of this section may seek judicialreview of an order in the superior courts.
