§ 23-18.2-1 - Definitions. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 23-18.2-1

   § 23-18.2-1  Definitions. – As used in this chapter:

   (1) "Burial ground authority" means the municipality,ecclesiastical society, or cemetery association, as the case may be.

   (2) "Burial place" means any tract of land within anymunicipality that is used or has been used or has been in existence as a burialground.
