SECTION 23-18.8-4
§ 23-18.8-4 Ash use in construction ofroads. – The director of the department of transportation shall, where possible, utilizeas fill in the construction of roads and highways, ash from resource recoveryfacilities owned and operated by the Rhode Island resource recoverycorporation, so long as the ash conforms with all applicable environmentallaws, rules, and regulations.
