SECTION 23-18.9-13

   § 23-18.9-13  Notice of solid wastedisposal. – Whenever the director issues a notice of violation and order pursuant to thischapter that disposal of solid waste has occurred onto or into real property orin any landfill not permitted under the provisions of this chapter, thedirector shall cause the notice or a summary of the substance of the notice tobe filed in the land evidence records of the city or town wherein the realproperty or landfill is located with respect to the real property or landfill,stating the substance and findings of the director's determination. When thenotice of violation and order has been complied with or vacated, the directorshall, within twenty (20) days, file a notice rescinding the notice ofviolation and order in the land evidence records with respect to the realproperty or landfill.
