§ 23-18-8.1 - Perpetual care funds.
SECTION 23-18-8.1
§ 23-18-8.1 Perpetual care funds. –(a) All funds paid to or held by an agency for the purpose of funding theperpetual care of cemetery lots, crypts, or niches shall be maintained in aseparate perpetual care fund, and shall not be commingled with any other fundsof the agency; and
(b) Not less than twenty percent (20%) of the sale price of acemetery lot, crypt, or niche sold with perpetual care shall be deposited bythe agency in the perpetual care fund.
