SECTION 23-18-8.2
§ 23-18-8.2 Additional deposits. –If at any time after a cemetery lot, crypt, or niche has been sold an agencyreceives additional funds from any source for perpetual care of the lot, crypt,or niche, all of the funds shall be deposited in the perpetual care fund.
