SECTION 23-18-8.3
§ 23-18-8.3 Maintenance of perpetual carefunds. – The corpus or principal of perpetual care funds shall be maintained intact, andshall not be expended to pay for perpetual care or any other expenses, but theincome and other earnings on the corpus or principal of perpetual care fundsmay be so expended.
