SECTION 23-19.1-20

   § 23-19.1-20  Liberal construction –Severability. – The provisions of this chapter shall be interpreted and construed liberally inaid of its declared purpose. If any provision of this chapter, or of any ruleor regulation issued under this chapter, is held invalid by a court ofcompetent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule or regulation shallnot be affected by the invalidity. The invalidity of any section or sections orparts of any section or sections of this chapter shall not affect the validityof the remainder of the chapter.
