SECTION 23-19.10-10

   § 23-19.10-10  Research grants. – (a) The department may issue grants to, and enter into contracts with,universities, governmental agencies, and private organizations to research anddevelop hazardous waste reduction, recycling, or treatment technology.

   (b) These grants may be applied to personnel, equipment, andadministrative costs and shall, to the extent possible, be used to augmentother sources of research and development funding, including federal andprivate funds.
