SECTION 23-19.10-11

   § 23-19.10-11  Report to the governor andthe general assembly. – (a) The department shall annually report to the governor and the generalassembly on the status, funding, and results of all demonstration and researchprojects awarded grants.

   (b) This report shall include recommendations for legislationand shall identify those state and federal economic and financial incentiveswhich can best accelerate and maximize the research, development, anddemonstration of hazardous waste reduction, recycling, and treatmenttechnologies.
