§ 23-19.11-2 "Generators" defined. –"Generators" means persons who produce or treat low-level radioactive waste inthe state, but do not include persons who only provide a service arranging forcollection, transportation, treatment, storage, or disposal of low-levelradioactive waste generated outside the region.
