SECTION 23-19.12-12

   § 23-19.12-12  Registration for generators.– (a) No person or legal entity shall engage in the generation of regulatedmedical waste unless that person or legal entity has registered with thedirector of the department of environmental management upon a form prescribedby the director. The director of the department of environmental management isempowered to charge an annual registration fee according to the following feeschedule. For the purpose of these registration requirements, a person isconsidered to be a single generator, even if it utilizes more than one site inthe course of its operation.

   (b) The director will provide generators with registrationapplications upon request.
