§ 23-19.12-14 - Funding of the medical waste management program.
SECTION 23-19.12-14
§ 23-19.12-14 Funding of the medical wastemanagement program. – All money collected under §§ 23-19.12-12 and 23-19.12-15 shall bedeposited as general revenues. The program will be funded by a general revenueappropriation. The director shall submit to the general assembly by January 15of each year a detailed report of the amount of funds obtained from fines andfees and the uses made of the funds.
