   § 23-19.12-7  Inspections. – In order to carry out the purposes of this chapter the director is authorizedto conduct any inspections of facilities that he or she deems necessary ordesirable, where regulated medical waste is generated, stored, treated,destroyed, transferred, or otherwise managed. The director is also authorizedto conduct inspections of any vehicles used to transport regulated medicalwaste and any records required pursuant to the authority granted through thischapter.
