   § 23-19.14-4  Objectives of environmentalclean-up. – The department of environmental management will develop, maintain and publishnumerical objectives for the most commonly found hazardous substances. Theseobjectives will be applicable for the clean-up of contaminated properties tolevels which are protective of human health and the environment based oncurrent and reasonably foreseeable future use of a property and the surroundingnatural resources.
