SECTION 23-19.2-7

   § 23-19.2-7  Ordinances for abatement ofnuisances. – The city or town councils of the several cities and towns may pass anyordinances, not inconsistent with chapter 1 of title 10, as they may deem mosteffectual for the prevention, suppression, or abatement of any nuisance as isdescribed in §§ 11-30-1 or 11-30-2, or the councils may remove orcause to be removed the nuisance, in the manner provided by law for the removalof other nuisances.
