SECTION 23-19.3-3

   § 23-19.3-3  Qualification forregistration. – The division of professional regulation shall establish the minimum educationaland experience qualifications which applicants must possess before beingallowed to take the examinations for registration as sanitarians and may, in asimilar manner, provide for the issuance of certificates of registrationwithout examination to persons holding certificates of registration or licensesas sanitarians under the laws of another state, where the requirements aresubstantially equivalent or exceed the requirements of this state.
