   § 23-19.3-4  Ad hoc committee. – The director of health may establish, as the director deems necessary, an adhoc committee of three professional environmental health scientists who areregistered sanitarians with 10 or more years' experience in the field ofenvironmental health services to assist the division of professional regulationin establishing any standards deemed necessary to carry out the provisions ofthis chapter.
