SECTION 23-19.4-2

   § 23-19.4-2  License fee – Expiration.– Upon an application being approved, the department of environmental managementshall issue a license to the applicant for a reasonable fee to cover the costsof administration. All licenses shall expire on June 30 of each year unlesssooner suspended or revoked, and shall be renewable at a reasonable annual feeto cover the costs of administration.
