SECTION 23-19.4-4
§ 23-19.4-4 Penalty. – Any person who willfully fails to comply with the provisions of this chaptershall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than one hundreddollars ($100) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or both.
