SECTION 23-19.4-5

   § 23-19.4-5  Orders – Hearings –Appeals. – All compliance orders of the director of the department of environmentalmanagement and their enforcement, and all hearings and appeals by a personaggrieved by an order of the director, including his or her failure to issue alicense authorized by this chapter, shall be in accordance with the provisionsof § 42-17.1-2 and chapter 35 of title 42.
